My professional background includes over thirty years of real estate experience in property management, and the experience of our individual staff in this field ranges from thirteen to forty plus years. I have earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) credential awarded by CAMICB, reflecting my commitment to our clients by demonstrating expertise in managing condominium, cooperative and homeowners associations. Additionally, I have earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation awarded by Community Associations Institute (CAI). The AMS designation reflects the training and knowledge required to provide professional services to our clients. The experience and education required to earn and maintain these designations is a testament to the practical knowledge and training required to provide reliable management services, and reflects my commitment to excellence and continuing education.
