This group is open to all members - so encourage your male employees to participate.  This is a ground-floor opportunity to not only connect and develop friendships and connections, but to be a part of the planning process for future meetings.
We have so many valuable resources within our chamber to educate, and mentor, as well as opportunities to engage with our community, etc.  Please invite someone not already a GBMCC member who might benefit from this group.  They are welcome to attend one meeting and see if we might be a good option for their marketing/networking goals.
